To Whom It May Concern,

I am delighted to write a recommendation on behalf of Matthew Armstrong.  As a Savannah native and business owner, I can attest to Matthew’s ability to have a positive impact on our organization and on the city alike.  Mr. Armstrong has been an Associate Wealth Advisor at Sound View Wealth Advisors in Savannah, Georgia, since June 2021 and we have been very happy with his performance, his professionalism, and his overall attitude.

Since Matthew’s first day at Sound View, he has been most interested in learning and becoming an integral part of the company.  His curiosity to learn and grow intellectually has been a benefit to our organization and the numerous different services that we provide through the likes of Charles Schwab and Fidelity.  Matthew has been integral to solving problems quickly and recognizing a path to meet client needs.

Since Matthew became a member of our team, the comments that we have heard from clients and vendors about his demeanor and attitude have been nothing short of stellar.  Matthew has a ‘can do’ attitude and maintains his composure during the busiest and most stressful situations.  I think that this quality must come from the training and discipline learnt whilst becoming a top-tier rider for the Lees-McRae College cycling team.  Most importantly, Matthew has proven himself to be trustworthy and an enjoyable colleague and friend.  We can depend on him to do the work needed and complete it accurately without having to watch over his shoulder.  Matthew possesses initiative and accountability, which are both traits that are hard to find in many people.

In summary, I would suggest that any organization or university would be missing out if they did not seek an opportunity to engage with Matthew.  I do not take this strong of a recommendation lightly, and I would
